Mind-blowing service from Ruth, jaw-dropping views of Scolty Hill, super cozy and clean villa, ticked every box. Definitely coming back to this perfect place to explore Royal Deeside. Staff at the golf range were helpful and made me feel at ease after not playing for 30 years. Stunning location with beautiful views, spotlessly clean villa with a very homey vibe. Comfy furniture, especially the beds. Everything we needed was available and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. A peaceful and relaxing stay. Fantastic location, 100% cleanliness, warm and comfortable with perfect beds. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Villa 38! We booked for a family getaway and stayed for a week. The property was spotlessly clean and had fresh decor with lovely furnishings, unique to this property. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom and en-suite were very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the nice finishing touches, especially the sweets left for the kids. The communication from the owner was great, making it easy for us to collect the keys and gain entry. Ruth, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The balcony had a beautiful view of Scolty hill, perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening. Thank you for a brilliant holiday!
We do recommend this hotel.

The villa itself was immaculate and had a very cosy home vibe. the furniture was all very comfortable, especially the beds. We found everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. the host was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay.
There wasn't much to dislike about our experience at the hotel. One minor suggestion would be to have one of the bedrooms as a double instead of three twin rooms, but this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Our stay at the Golf Resort, Banchory Villa 38 was absolutely delightful. The villa itself was modern, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of Scolty Hill from the balcony were breathtaking, especially as we enjoyed a drink in the evening. The bathrooms and bedrooms were fresh and clean, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary milk in the fridge. The location was also perfect, allowing us to explore Royal Deeside at our own pace. The folder with instructions for operating the appliances was helpful, and we appreciated the attention to detail in providing clear directions for bins and other amenities.
Although we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The kitchen could have been cleaner upon our arrival, as there were crumbs in the sink and some cups were not completely clean.

Great communication from the owner and easy key collection process. The lodge was spotlessly clean with fresh decor and lovely furnishings.- Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and well-equipped, with powerful showers.- Appreciated the finishing touches and items left for our arrival, especially the sweets for the kids.- The location was lovely and everything we needed was provided.- The kitchen was well-equipped and it was nice to have complimentary milk in the fridge
The ensuite shower could benefit from a shelf. It would have been nice to have a blind or frosted window in the main door for total privacy
